Drizzle chicken with orange juice, followed by the soy sauce mixture. Bake chicken for 40 to 45 minutes, or until internal temperature registers 165 degrees F.

Cheesy Baked Chicken

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed finely
  • 3 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Parsley flakes
To bake chicken: First, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put Ritz crumbs, parsley flakes, and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Dredge each chicken piece with the breading mixture. Coat a 9 x 9 Pyrex pan with olive oil. Arrange chicken on the pan, then top with shredded cheese. Bake chicken for 45 minutes.
